The Mountain Laurel Center for the Performing Arts is here
for the Future of the Arts in the Pocono Mountains. And
we are pleased to present Focus On – a
unique sponsorship program whereby we introduce your organization,
personally and professionally, to our 2007 patron base.
Last year the Mountain Laurel Center for the Performing
Arts (MLCPA) reached more than 25,000 audience members.
This year, with an expanded performance season, we anticipate
reaching more than 35,000.
Non-Exclusive Sponsorship Levels and Benefits
Each
year, MLCPA’s sponsorship program connects
local companies with their consumers – and prospective
consumers. In 2007, MLCPA steps up this initiative through Focus
On, our personal objective to get as many
people as possible seeing your company’s name. You
want people seeing your logo, your brand – and so
do we. In addition to the on-site audience exposure that
sponsorship brings, an early partnership with MLCPA enables
us to position your image within direct mail, print media,
and online target marketing – exponentially increasing
consumer awareness of your brand by hundreds of thousands of “hits”.
MLCPA is smart marketing. We apply the traditional advertising “Rule
of Seven,” reaching prospects seven times, seven
different ways, but with the same message. And we will
engage you in our strategy. Partner with us from the beginning,
and incorporate your logo as a Focus On sponsor
throughout the following seven targeted vehicles:
- Links to your web site from mountainlaurelcenter.com – thousands
of unique visitors each season.
- Show posters – 2,400 total distribution.
- Direct mail to our core constituents
of 9,500.
- MLCPA season rack cards, displayed
at area hotels, visitors’ bureaus, and tourist
destinations – a total distribution of 50,000.
- Email blasts for each performance – to
7,500 verified audience addresses for each of 12 performances – a
total of 120,000 communications.
- Print advertising, local hard-hitting,
and reaching at least 30,000 with each ad, for a season
total of more than 840,000.
- And, finally, on-site visibility with a punch – strategically
placed logo signage, next to our stage, in front of concessions,
combined with pre-performance curtain speeches that state
your support of the Mountain Laurel Center directly to
our closest friends.
This combined marketing campaign garners 1,000,000
plus impressions. And that kind of marketing
puts the focus on you.
